The competition is fierce. The stakes are high. The field is set for battle.
It's coming.

      After 20 years of business, the Thirsty Gator Oyster Pub has decided to announce itself as the official oyster eating speed record location for Central Florida. Records will be displayed proudly on the wall of fame for all to see. The rules are simple because we haven't finished them yet but so far it will be a case of eating as many raw oysters as possible in a certain time period. These rules will be determined fully after the event of the century at the Gator to start us all off. Three warriors of shuck, Kings of the trough, Knights of the round oyster plate will set forth in battle to be the first to top the leaderboard as the fastest in the land at eating oysters.  These brave men are: 

     Tim Groves: Owner of the Thirsty Gator, shucker of 13 million oysters and a slight favorite for the title.

Eddie Price: Medal winning oyster chilli chef who can shuck oysters with his bare hands.

Kevin Casey: The British Bulldog. Rumoured to eat his oysters without them being shucked....

We had some problems with the main database (not my fault!) and it took a long time to fix (going through hundreds of pages of code line by line! Not fun) Anyway everything should be back to normal now and GO GATORS!
